Returns
We do have a 10-day return policy ( we don’t recommend it, as it is hard to get it back in to indonesia, please choose carefully. For European orders we can offer to return it to Switzerland ) for regular priced items purchased from VEYAPPAREL.COM for store credit. 

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code greater than 20% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged..

All returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), free of deodorant stains, unwashed and with original hang tags attached within 10 days. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.


To complete your return, we must be notified by email first.


Store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 

Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, excluding the shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing store credit
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are unused and were purchased defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at veyapparel@gmail.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over CHF 50.-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
